Conference Registration Fees
Full registration (from June 9, 2010): US$695
Corporate registration: US$750
Nurse/Social Worker/Non-MD Health Professional: US$295
Student registration: US$295
Student registrations must be accompanied by a signed letter from your Head of Department attesting to your student status.
Registration rates include:
- Access to conference, exhibition and poster sessions
- Abstract CD
- Lunch and refreshment breaks as scheduled in the conference program
- Welcome reception
Payment
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference.
It is Elsevier’s policy that all bookings should be paid by debit/credit card with immediate payment. Please note that we are unable to issue invoices for registration payment or accept cheques.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Sunday August 1, 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Sunday August 15, 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Sunday August 15, 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
