David W. Dunn, MDDavid W. Dunn, MD is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine, USA. He completed an internship and neurology residency at Tulane, a child neurology residency at Columbia Presbyterian Hospitals, and psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry residencies at Indiana University. He is currently the Arthur B. Richter Professor of Child Psychiatry at Indiana University and is a professor in the departments of psychiatry and neurology, co-director of the outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry clinic at Riley Hospital for Children, and residency training director for child and adolescent psychiatry and the combined pediatrics, psychiatry, and child psychiatry program at Indiana University. Dr. Dunn is on the professional advisory board of the Epilepsy Foundation and the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance, the International Affairs Committee of the American Epilepsy Society, and the editorial board of Epilepsy and Behavior. He is actively involved in research on the behavioral and cognitive aspects of pediatric epilepsy, psychopharmacology of ADHD, and the effect of video game violence on children and adolescents.
